Each year the International Day of Peace is celebrated around the world on 21 September and it’s no coincidence that at this very moment we are in the process of editing our second Peace documentary.
The Caravan of Peace makes an unlikely stop in Kassel this weekend and its an opportunity not to be missed. Just head for the Bali Kino there on Sunday 24th June for 12 noon, join in the fun and witness the cinema version of our film “Celebrating the Divine” on the big screen. You won’t regret it 🙂
Further details here.
We were back on the road again last week following the “International Choir and Orchestra for Peace”.
This time they performed Bachs Mass in B Minor at the Minoritenkirche in Vienna, which was packed to the full with an enthusiastic audience who gave a thundering standing ovation.
Shooting has started for our next „Music for Peace“ documentary with rehearsals in Bad Homburg. At the end of the month the shoot continues in Vienna where the „Caravan of Peace” will be performing Bachs Mass in B minor in the Minoritenkirche.
Last year we produced a 45 minute documentary which followed a group of musicians and a 100 strong choir performing music for peace and mutual understanding in Jerusalem, Bethlehem and Nazareth.
„Celebrating the Divine” was recently shown at The Museum of Art in Toledo, Ohio and received an uprorious standing ovation. Furthermore it was shown at the „Freie Kirche“ in Frankfurt where it was also warmly received. The non profit organisation „Music for Peace e.V.“ has taken up the cause and is now promoting further peace concerts. The next one is in Vienna on 2nd June 2018.

We regularly produce short documentaries for 3sat’s science programme nano. This time we shot in Munich and Starnberg with our C300 crew. The documentary explored the connection between depression and heart attacks and how they can be prevented.
We recently produced a mini #documentary for Germany’s mega broadcaster ZDF about scientists who invented a new method to detect more sorts of bacteria and viruses that pollute our water. The aim being to make water more hygienic to drink.
We received yet another standing ovation on the second showing of “Celebrating the Divine”, this time in Wiesbaden. The DVDs are also out there for sale so just drop us a line and we’ll get them out to you!

Surridge Films has been sponsoring “The English Theatre Frankfurt” for some time now by producing trailers of all their new productions. Here’s the trailer of the most recent one, “Other Desert Cities”. Not as wacky as a lot of their musicals but nevertheless worth a visit!
